Terms, Refunds & Cancellations
This page explains how the CV Coach SA free review and optional paid CV improvement process works for clients in South Africa, the UK and internationally.
Service Type
CV Coach SA is a South Africa-based provider of professional digital CV review and CV improvement services supporting clients in South Africa, the United Kingdom and internationally. All services are delivered remotely via WhatsApp and/or email.
This is not a recruitment agency, job placement service, vacancy service or employment guarantee service. No jobs, vacancies, placements, interviews or employment guarantees are provided.
How the Service Works
Clients may start contact via WhatsApp or email at any time and send their CV when ready. The initial CV review is free. After the CV has been reviewed and feedback has been provided, the client may choose whether to proceed with optional paid CV restructuring.
The website is used to provide service information and generate enquiries. It does not process payments directly and does not operate as an automated online checkout store.
Markets, Pricing and Currency
CV Coach SA may provide market-specific CV services for clients in South Africa, the UK and other international markets.
Package prices, currencies and service options may differ by market. The applicable package scope, price and payment method will be confirmed directly with the client before payment is made.
Payment and Start of Work
Paid work only starts after the client has selected a package, supplied the required information and payment has been confirmed.
Payment details are provided after the CV review and package-selection process.
Digital Delivery
Completed documents are delivered digitally via email and/or WhatsApp.
Delivery formats may include Word and/or PDF documents depending on the selected package.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because the service involves personalised digital document work, payments are non-refundable once work has started or once completed documents have been delivered.
If a client pays and cancels before work has started, the request may be reviewed and a refund may be processed where applicable, less any payment-processing charges already incurred.
Corrections After Delivery
If an error, formatting issue or reasonable correction is identified after delivery, the client may request a correction within 48 hours of receiving the completed documents.
Corrections are limited to reasonable refinements connected to the original paid service and the information supplied before the work was completed.
Corrections do not include new career information, new job-target changes, additional role tailoring or rewriting based on new instructions supplied after delivery.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal, career, education and employment information.
CV Coach SA does not independently verify employment history, qualifications, licences, references or supporting documents.
Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with payment after the review process, the client confirms that they understand and accept the selected service, package scope, pricing, digital delivery method and refund and cancellation terms.
